Thanet Move Solutions were brilliant on our moving day. They were very efficient and had everything packed on the vans very quickly. They took the time to tuck lots of last minute things in like my husband's treasured tomatoe plant. We were quite delayed getting the keys for our new house but all the team remained cheerful and helpful to the end. I have no hesitation about recommending them. This is the second time I have used Thanet Move Solutions and I can’t say enough about Andy his team. He made space for me in a short notice move, was professional throughout but also very warm and funny. Accommodated any requests I had about sequences and ways of doing things so I could do as much work as possible on the move day and even when some unrelated significant setbacks came up, Andy made sure things still went to plan even at the cost of an important personal appointment he should have gone to. I was really grateful and felt another team would be unlikely to go to similar lengths to ensure things went as smoothly as they did despite external issues cropping up. Thanks again!
We must say what an excellent service we received from Andy and his team from start to finish. We relocated to Harwich and Andy was there every step of the way, going over and beyond to accommodate our completion date. The quote was very reasonable and on the day the team were there on time and packed the 3 Luton Vans very quickly and efficiently. When we arrived the house wasn't ready but they took it in their stride and worked with the situation despite knowing they had a long drive home. They wouldn't leave until we were 100% happy and everything was in the right place. On a personal note Michelle and I found the guys really friendly, easy going and made the day go much smoother than we could ever have wished for. We would definitely recommend getting a quote from Andy if you are thinking of moving, especially if relocating to a different area because he is so flexible.

Thanet Moves Solutions was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the first phone call through to the final goodbye. We moved this week and I have to say that without Andy and Lee, the move would have been so much harder. Andy knew exactly the best way to load the vans to make it easier to unload. We used Andy in December to move house. He is professional, friendly and reliable. The clue to how these guys work is in their name! Over the past year I have been involved in overseeing my sister's move from London to Thanet as she is a busy NHS doctor. Doing this on someone else's behalf is a massive responsibility, and I have had to deal with several sets of removal companies along the way. I can honestly say that I wish I had known about Andy and his team a year ago.
I picked TMS because I had seen a great review on the Kingsgate Next Door neighbour forum, and they were extremely competively priced. He and Nigel were friendly, cheery, with a really kind and calm energy about them. Andy was there at the end of the phone to answer my every worry or anxious moment with reassurance, which I soon discovered to be fully backed up by his team's careful and practical approach even in the most seemingly impossible situation at the time of the move itself.
They worked so quickly and quietly that, at one point, my sister, who had been busy on a conference call in the house, asked what time they were coming. In fact, they had already been in and carried out and loaded all the bulky white goods and other stuff, including her horrendously heavy upright piano, and she hadn't even realised they were in the house!!
The piano had given me sleepless nights, as I knew the locations it was being moved from and to were the most awkward you could wish for, with steps, twists, turns and the tightest of corners. I personally did not think it would be possible - but, yes, Thanet Move Solutions had the Solution! Said piano is now in his final resting place, with not a scratch or a blemish to show for his journey - such a huge relief, and all carried out with smiles and good humour. Every other possession was treated with the same level of care.
At the outset, Andy had said we would not need to lift a finger, and he was true to his word, even helping us to reassemble the furniture that we could never have managed alone.
We cannot thank Andy and his team enough, and would strongly urge anyone thinking of moving in the Kent area to call these guys first. They really are your Move Solution!

Andy was wonderful right from first contact. Unlike the other local removal companies I contacted, he came to my home to quote. This meant that I felt totally secure that he knew exactly what needed taking. This included some huge outdoor plants and endless boxes of books. He was very patient about the movable feast of contract exchange and moving date. On the day, Andy and Nigel were absolutely fantastic. As well as being efficient, they were a pleasure to have around. I wasn’t the most well-prepared mover, and they took this in their stride with no complaints. They absolutely went above and beyond, lugging tall, heavy plants to the top of my terraced garden. I absolutely recommend Thanet Move Solutions.

Would very highly recommend!! We ended up with quite a drawn-out and complicated move due to various external factors, but Andy was so helpful, communicative and accommodating to all our requirements, and priced everything more than fairly. He had all the care and attention to detail that I could've wished for and the move itself went off without a hitch as a result. Andy and his team helped us with a large house move in March and the service was flawless. The guys were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This in response to the review by G Russell. Unfair, untrue and you did not even pay us for a move from Kent to Lincolnshire. You were not prepared on the day and the whole thing was very unpleasant.
