I cannot thank Andy and the team for all they've done to get us into our new home.
From start to finish Andy was professional, polite informative and kept us in the loop.
From booking a quote, to getting us moved in, nothing was too much stress.
Moving home is the most stressful thing you can do, but with Andy the service and expertise take a lot of that stress away.
I can't thank them enough

Andy moved me on the 23rd July. They came in the day before and packed all my possessions with care, labelling all the boxes clearly. On the day of the move Andy made a very difficult situation so much easier to deal with. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend Thanet Move Solutions. Thank you so much for your amazing commitment to giving the best possible service.
Kind regards

So who to choose? I would recommend this lovely team of workers who do all they can to accommodate your move and reduce stress. I recently moved from London to Ramsgate which in the end we chose to use 4 vans, sounds a lot but actually it also meant 4 people to move and so it went swiftly and smoothly. Such a sense of relief and gratitude when it was all over - and I have since used the same team for other moves from upstairs to garage during floor sanding. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They go the extra mile, literally!

Where do I even start?!
Moving house is one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do, but Andy and the team made it feel so much easier. I’ve honestly never met such a lovely bunch of guys. They worked so hard, kept us laughing all day and nothing, and I mean nothing, was too much trouble.
Our Yucca tree (which was apparently “just a plant” according to me! 😂) became the running joke of the day, but they took it all in their stride.
Everything was treated with care, they were professional from start to finish, and you could tell they genuinely wanted us to enjoy moving into our new home.
Then, just when we thought they couldn’t do any more, they surprised us with a lovely card and a bottle of wine. Such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll always remember.
If you’re moving, honestly don’t look anywhere else. I can’t recommend Andy and the team at Thanet Move Solutions highly enough. Thank you for getting us from Margate to Ramsgate with smiles on our faces. You really are one in a million!

Just outstanding. Andy and Nigel moved us from London to Broadstairs. Communication before the move was excellent and reassuring. On the day itself, they were Incredibly calm, incredibly helpful and had a real problem solving mindset. All for an exceptionally reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend Thanet Move Solutions.

Andy was very helpful from my first enquiry. Great communication and very reasonable price. Jamie and Karl helped with my move; they were super friendly, efficient and professional. No problem was too big for them, they even helped with extras like plumbing the washing machine. They made the move a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this service!

I had the pleasure of Andy and Nigel moving me over the weekend, they were amazing! I will never be able to thank them both enough for all their hard work. Nothing was too much for them.
They were kind. Professional, helpful and most of all supportive, in what is a usually very stressful time.
Thank you both!

Brilliant, from the first call to the final goodbye, Andy and his team at Thanet Move Solutions were awesome.
Andy reassured us every step of the way, explaining how the day would work.
He was very accommodating when we had to make changes to the move. (Thankfully)
Move day was stormy and wet, but Andy Lee and Nigel, turned up (in shorts!!) and happily, just got on with it.
All we had to do was watch and occasionally say where my unlabeled (ooopps!) boxes needed to go.
Friendly, polite, courteous, dry humoured. Professional, organised, stress lowering movers who I would recommend to anyone needing to move.
They can cover it all. Small or large,
Its worth asking for a quote.

We just want to thank Andy and Lee for all their hard work !!
They arrived on time, saw how stressed I was and immediately said “ relax sit down, we’ll take things from here”
They were enthusiastic throughout the whole day and this continued even when we had a five hour wait for the keys!!?!
They worked carefully and methodically and were both really nice!!
It made a very stressful move a lot easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them !!

Thanet Move Solutions were brilliant on our moving day. They were very efficient and had everything packed on the vans very quickly. They took the time to tuck lots of last minute things in like my husband's treasured tomatoe plant. We were quite delayed getting the keys for our new house but all the team remained cheerful and helpful to the end. I have no hesitation about recommending them. A big thank you for making the day run smoothly.

This is the second time I have used Thanet Move Solutions and I can’t say enough about Andy his team. He made space for me in a short notice move, was professional throughout but also very warm and funny. Accommodated any requests I had about sequences and ways of doing things so I could do as much work as possible on the move day and even when some unrelated significant setbacks came up, Andy made sure things still went to plan even at the cost of an important personal appointment he should have gone to. I was really grateful and felt another team would be unlikely to go to similar lengths to ensure things went as smoothly as they did despite external issues cropping up. Thanks again!

We must say what an excellent service we received from Andy and his team from start to finish. We relocated to Harwich and Andy was there every step of the way, going over and beyond to accommodate our completion date. The quote was very reasonable and on the day the team were there on time and packed the 3 Luton Vans very quickly and efficiently. When we arrived the house wasn't ready but they took it in their stride and worked with the situation despite knowing they had a long drive home. They wouldn't leave until we were 100% happy and everything was in the right place. On a personal note Michelle and I found the guys really friendly, easy going and made the day go much smoother than we could ever have wished for. We would definitely recommend getting a quote from Andy if you are thinking of moving, especially if relocating to a different area because he is so flexible.

Thanet Moves Solutions was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the first phone call through to the final goodbye. Andy was really experienced in getting things loaded up and was super patient, despite our chaos and disorganisation! He and Lee were really friendly and had a calming presence, on what was quite a stressful day! Andy also went the extra mile with helping to dissemble larger items in order to fit through our narrow doorway. Very reasonably priced too. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks again, Andy and Lee!

I was so pleased that we decided to use them for our move and would highly recommend Thanet Move Solutions to anyone who is moving that would like a stress free experience with friendly people. Andy and Lee even helped us finish off packing the last of the boxes once the vans were both loaded (which we greatly appreciated)!
Thank you again so much for making our moving day a lot less stressful 😊

We moved this week and I have to say that without Andy and Lee, the move would have been so much harder. Andy knew exactly the best way to load the vans to make it easier to unload. My partner and I were moving from London to Margate, and Andy made the whole process simple and stress free. I don’t often write reviews, but I had to organise a house move for my boss while also coordinating with companies for her partner, who lives out of the area. With no knowledge of which companies were reliable, I reached out to several local businesses, and Thanet Move Solutions stood out from the rest.
From the start, Andy was by far the most accommodating and helpful. On the day of the move, the situation was hectic—two removal companies unloading simultaneously, multiple courier vans making deliveries, and everyone in a rush. Despite the chaos, Andy and his colleague remained calm, professional, and incredibly polite.
Their willingness to assist and fit into my schedule, rather than forcing their own, made a world of difference. It was an absolute joy to have them on board during such a stressful day. If you’re looking for a removal company that prioritises customer service and efficiency, I highly recommend Thanet Move Solutions!

The clue to how these guys work is in their name! Over the past year I have been involved in overseeing my sister's move from London to Thanet as she is a busy NHS doctor. Doing this on someone else's behalf is a massive responsibility, and I have had to deal with several sets of removal companies along the way. I can honestly say that I wish I had known about Andy and his team a year ago.
I picked TMS because I had seen a great review on the Kingsgate Next Door neighbour forum, and they were extremely competively priced. He and Nigel were friendly, cheery, with a really kind and calm energy about them. Andy was there at the end of the phone to answer my every worry or anxious moment with reassurance, which I soon discovered to be fully backed up by his team's careful and practical approach even in the most seemingly impossible situation at the time of the move itself.
They worked so quickly and quietly that, at one point, my sister, who had been busy on a conference call in the house, asked what time they were coming. In fact, they had already been in and carried out and loaded all the bulky white goods and other stuff, including her horrendously heavy upright piano, and she hadn't even realised they were in the house!!
The piano had given me sleepless nights, as I knew the locations it was being moved from and to were the most awkward you could wish for, with steps, twists, turns and the tightest of corners. I personally did not think it would be possible - but, yes, Thanet Move Solutions had the Solution! Said piano is now in his final resting place, with not a scratch or a blemish to show for his journey - such a huge relief, and all carried out with smiles and good humour. Every other possession was treated with the same level of care.
At the outset, Andy had said we would not need to lift a finger, and he was true to his word, even helping us to reassemble the furniture that we could never have managed alone.
We cannot thank Andy and his team enough, and would strongly urge anyone thinking of moving in the Kent area to call these guys first. They really are your Move Solution!

I was recommended Thanet Move Solutions when trying to get my the contents of my storage unit from Margate to London with a week's notice. When I called, Andy was super friendly and quick to get back to me with a reasonable quote.

And the same to be said when we off loaded into the storage unit. The move felt quick and easy which I was super grateful for. We recently used Andy and Nigel's service for our move, and we couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and exceeded our expectations. Andy came to our home beforehand to give us a quote, which really put our minds at ease. Having had a previous experience where a mover charged us extra on the moving day, this transparency was greatly appreciated.
On the moving day, Andy and Nigel handled our belongings with the utmost care, especially considering we had several bulky items. They took extra caution to ensure everything was transported safely and securely. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right truly stood out.
We highly recommend Andy and Nigel's service to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. Their work made our moving day stress-free, and we are so grateful for their hard work!

Andy was wonderful right from first contact. Unlike the other local removal companies I contacted, he came to my home to quote. This meant that I felt totally secure that he knew exactly what needed taking. This included some huge outdoor plants and endless boxes of books. He was very patient about the movable feast of contract exchange and moving date. On the day, Andy and Nigel were absolutely fantastic. As well as being efficient, they were a pleasure to have around. I wasn’t the most well-prepared mover, and they took this in their stride with no complaints. They absolutely went above and beyond, lugging tall, heavy plants to the top of my terraced garden. I absolutely recommend Thanet Move Solutions.

Andy and his colleague Nigel were absolutely brilliant at coordinating my move from a one bedroom flat to a storage unit. I cannot recommend them highly enough, one of the best experiences I've had of a move.
They had a really challenging job getting a large sofa-bed out of a top floor flat in an old house with no lift and an extremely narrow landing, and then 5 narrow flights down. I still don't know how they managed it, but they did!

Polite and professional service. Didn't take the job without first seeing what to expect which was appreciated, so I had a clear quote for my move.
Highly recommended.

Andy and his team helped us with a large house move in March and the service was flawless. The guys were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had no breakages or damage and the guys were patient while we decided what rooms items should be going to. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This in response to the review by G Russell. Unfair, untrue and you did not even pay us for a move from Kent to Lincolnshire. You were not prepared on the day and the whole thing was very unpleasant.
