On the day of your move, we will arrive promptly to begin packing all your belongings carefully into our van.
We carefully move all of your furniture, belongings and white goods with trolleys and secure them into the back of our moving vehicles with straps and heavy blankets.
Once ready, we will set off towards your new home and upon arrival, unload everything into the correct rooms. Important items such as beds, which you will need that night, will be moved into the correct rooms as soon as possible so that they can be assembled, ready for use.
White goods such as fridges and freezers will also be moved into the correct positions so that they can be reconnected as soon as possible.

They took the time to tuck lots of last minute things in like my husband's treasured tomatoe plant. He made space for me in a short notice move, was professional throughout but also very warm and funny. We must say what an excellent service we received from Andy and his team from start to finish. We relocated to Harwich and Andy was there every step of the way, going over and beyond to accommodate our completion date. The quote was very reasonable and on the day the team were there on time and packed the 3 Luton Vans very quickly and efficiently. When we arrived the house wasn't ready but they took it in their stride and worked with the situation despite knowing they had a long drive home. They wouldn't leave until we were 100% happy and everything was in the right place. The clue to how these guys work is in their name! Over the past year I have been involved in overseeing my sister's move from London to Thanet as she is a busy NHS doctor. Doing this on someone else's behalf is a massive responsibility, and I have had to deal with several sets of removal companies along the way. I can honestly say that I wish I had known about Andy and his team a year ago.
I picked TMS because I had seen a great review on the Kingsgate Next Door neighbour forum, and they were extremely competively priced. He and Nigel were friendly, cheery, with a really kind and calm energy about them. Andy was there at the end of the phone to answer my every worry or anxious moment with reassurance, which I soon discovered to be fully backed up by his team's careful and practical approach even in the most seemingly impossible situation at the time of the move itself.
They worked so quickly and quietly that, at one point, my sister, who had been busy on a conference call in the house, asked what time they were coming. In fact, they had already been in and carried out and loaded all the bulky white goods and other stuff, including her horrendously heavy upright piano, and she hadn't even realised they were in the house!!
The piano had given me sleepless nights, as I knew the locations it was being moved from and to were the most awkward you could wish for, with steps, twists, turns and the tightest of corners. I personally did not think it would be possible - but, yes, Thanet Move Solutions had the Solution! Andy was wonderful right from first contact. Unlike the other local removal companies I contacted, he came to my home to quote. This meant that I felt totally secure that he knew exactly what needed taking. This included some huge outdoor plants and endless boxes of books. He was very patient about the movable feast of contract exchange and moving date. On the day, Andy and Nigel were absolutely fantastic. We ended up with quite a drawn-out and complicated move due to various external factors, but Andy was so helpful, communicative and accommodating to all our requirements, and priced everything more than fairly. Andy and his team helped us with a large house move in March and the service was flawless. The guys were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This in response to the review by G Russell. Unfair, untrue and you did not even pay us for a move from Kent to Lincolnshire. You were not prepared on the day and the whole thing was very unpleasant.
