Andy and his colleague Nigel were absolutely brilliant at coordinating my move from a one bedroom flat to a storage unit. I cannot recommend them highly enough, one of the best experiences I've had of a move.They had a really challenging job getting a large sofa-bed out of a top floor flat in an old house with no lift and an extremely narrow landing, and then 5 narrow flights down. I still don't know how they managed it, but they did!From the initial communications through to payment they were clear, reliable, friendly and made the whole process seem smooth and effortless. I can't thank them enough for taking the stress out of the move. I will be sure to use this company when I move again!

If I could give more than 5 star then I would. Was let down last minute by another local company, and I found this company through Google search, I emailed and was contacted straight away. They then came to my property within the hour to give me a quote. Andy helped move me on the day I wanted, nothing was too much trouble. I contacted Andy on account of so many positive reviews from previous customers, and I’m very happy to say Andy and Nigel were everything I hoped for and more on move day! Andy was the first to come and quote me and meet the 30 plus house plants to be moved with me. On the day, I really appreciated Andy and Nigel’s good spirits and sense of humour. Despite some challenging circumstances, they took everything as it came, always had a plan, worked incredibly hard and every plant was transported safely, not a single lost leaf! To say Andy and his team are exceptional would be an understatement. I'd run out of superlatives to describe the work ethic these guys have. Andy is very up front and honest with his pricing structure and is by far the best value mover in Thanet, but please don't confuse a good value with a just a good service, Andy and his team provide an wonderful service and his communication skills are unmatched. Andy and his team helped us with a large house move in March and the service was flawless. The guys were kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This in response to the review by G Russell. Unfair, untrue and you did not even pay us for a move from Kent to Lincolnshire. You were not prepared on the day and the whole thing was very unpleasant.
